The HSRB – II job site is continuing to perform work on site under modified site rules that take into account the latest recommendations from the CDC. The project will continue as long as the team feels that everyone on the job site can continue to do so safety. The additional safety measure of taking the temperature of everyone who comes on site started on 4/20/20 and will continue until further notice.

Pour Curb

Readying area for removal of shoring supporting level 3 slab.

Forming and pouring of columns for level 5 slab.
Concrete poured at Level 4 area 3 slab.
Concrete pour for Level 4 area 4 scheduled for Saturday 2/20/2021.
Level 5
Formwork/slab rough in for level 5 slab area completed.
Formwork/slab rough in underway areas 5-2 & 5-3
Installing sleeves and insects in areas 5-1, 5-2, & 5-3.
Site
Prepping for start of Andrews Circle grading work.
Work on exterior mock up continues .
Installation for Electrical duct bank from Microgrid to building continues

Begin pouring of retaining wall #2 (delayed last week due to rains).
Install Andrews Circle curb and gutter on North edge (near CSX tracks) towards end of week (weather permitting).
