Construction Update - 12/11/2020

The HSRB – II job site is continuing to perform work on site under modified site rules that take into account the latest recommendations from the CDC. The team will continue as long as management feels that everyone on the job site can continue to do so safety. The additional safety measure of taking the temperature of everyone who comes on site stated on 4/20/20 and will continue until further notice.

This past week's (12/07/20 to 12/12/20) scheduled work activities:

• Electrical and Plumbing Overhead Rough-In Continues

G1

• Electrical and Plumbing Overhead Rough-In Continues, in main electrical and plumbing rooms.

• Installation of CMU (concrete masonry units) was underway

Level 1

• Finished Installation of rebar for Level 1 pours #8 & #9.

• Poured concrete Level 1 pour #9.

• Removed formwork from under Level 1 pour #8

• Installation of Level 1 to Level 2 columns continued.

• Installation of Level 1 plaza root stop and drainage Mat.

Level 2

• Installing formwork for level 2 pour #1, 2, & 4.

• Installation of re-bar for Level 2 pour #1 continued.

• MEP Insert installation for hanging of pipes began on Level 2 pours 1 & 2.

Vivarium Expansion

Next week's (12/14/20 to 12/19/20) scheduled work activities:

• Electrical and Plumbing Overhead Rough-In continues.

• CMU (concrete masonry units) wall installation continues

• Electrical and Plumbing Overhead Rough-In continues in Main electrical room.

Level 1

• Removing form work for concrete pour Level 1 pour #9.

Level 2

• Installing formwork for Level 2 pours #3 & #4.

• Installation of Rebar on Level 2 pours #2 & #3.

Site Work

• Generator yard vault installation to begin.

• Retaining Wall 2 Footing Installation begins.
